Coronary Trees 2014

‘Coronary Arterial Trees’ 2014 by Oona Culley. Series of 12 drawings hand-drawn with ink pen on paper, 10x10cm. The coronary arteries of different individuals’ hearts, as seen in medical x-ray angiograms, have been drawn at approximately real-scale. These human arteries have a striking resemblance to trees blowing in the wind.
